Stay at that station the entire 3 minutes, then rotate.
• Hang Power Snatch, 30 Seconds On, 30 Seconds Off
• Run/Row/Bike/Ski for 3 minutes straight
• Pull-ups or Push-ups, 30 Seconds On, 30 Seconds Off
• Run/Row/Bike/Ski for 3 minutes straight
• Front Squat or Goblet Squat, 30 Seconds On, 30 Seconds Off
• Run/Row/Bike/Ski for 3 minutes straight
