HOME WOD

Strength
Can you Squat heavy? Put together sets of 5-4-3-2-1 reps.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 20 Kettlebell Taters [Video]
• 30 Single Arm Push Press
• 40 Double Unders

* Every 2 minutes, perform 10 Push-ups.

At the 15 minute mark, Run 1600 meters. (Sub Row or Bike)
