HOME WOD

Strength
Can you Press overhead? Complete a few of sets of 3 reps.

Conditioning
50-40-30-20-10 Reps Of:
• Lunges
• Sit-ups

* In between movements, perform 12 Deadlifts each round.

Core Work
10-15+ rounds of 5 seconds each:
• Hollow Rocks
• Superman Holds
