Strength
Can you Press overhead? Complete a few of sets of 5 reps.

Conditioning
5 Rounds Of:
• 100 Double Unders (Sub in Row/Bike as desired)
• 10 Overhead Squats
• 20 Push-ups (Scale up to Pull-ups if possible)

* Decrease DUs each round as needed. Ex: 100-80-60-40-20.

Core Work
Accumulate 5-10 minutes of Ab + Side Plank.
Weghted if possible. Switch or rest as needed.
