Got Equipment?
Strength
Press! Get weight overhead with a barbell or dumbbells.
Get as heavy as you can for 3-5 reps.
If low weight, complete up to 5 bigger sets of 10-15 reps.
Conditioning
A)
100-150 Weighted Step-ups
Find anything heavy to hold and the highest step/bench/etc that will support your weight.
B)
Accumulate 10 Minutes of AbPlank.
Rest as needed.
