Strength
Squat! Put together a strength session.
Get as heavy as you can for multiple sets of 5reps.
Barbell? Clean to a Front or Back squat. Kettlebell or Dumbbells? Goblet or Front Squat.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
• 20 Pistols or 20 Air Squats
• 10 Wall Climbs
• 20 Double Unders (No Rope: 20 Jumping Jacks)
