Complete 3 sets of 10 Back Squats.
Stay at the same weight from last week or add #10.
Use the same weight for all sets.

Conditioning
For Time:
Run 800 meters
50 Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65 Rx; #115/80 Rx+)
50 Wall Ball Shots (#20/14)

* Any time the barbell hits the floor AND any time the MedBall stops moving, perform 10 Burpees over the bar.
