Take 15 minutes to work into a heavy Clean and Jerk.
Please try not to max this out. Stay around 90% of your 1rep.
Clean can be a squat or power catch, and Jerk can be a push or split.
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
100 Double Unders
Then 5 Rounds Of:
• 9 Thrusters (#95/65)
• 7 Bar Facing Burpees
• 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
