Partner Workout
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (#70/55 KB)
• 7 Goblet Squats
• 7 Russian Kettlebell Swings
• Shuttle Run 4 Turf Widths

* Partners will alternate every round.

At 15 minutes: AMRAP in 5 minutes of Rowing
Partners switch as needed.

Optional Additional Work|
Turkish Get-ups, for fun and a heavy 1 rep.
