• 30 Second Plank Hold (Weight optional)
• 30 Second Hollow Hold (With weight)
• 30 Second Couch Stretch (Both sides)
• 30 Second Banded Overhead Lat Stretch (Both sides)
AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
• 12 Sit-ups
• 12 Kettlebell Swings or Push Press
• 12 Jump Squats
• 6 Burpees
• Run 200 meters
* Partners alternate exercises and run together.
