Push Jerk + Split Jerk @75%, 75%, 80%, and 85% of your PP/PJ complex from 7/27.

Take 10 minutes to complete these percentages and work on dip and footwork technique.

Conditioning AMRAP in 3 Minutes: • 3 Deadlifts (#245/165 Rx; #315/205 Rx+) • 3 Lateral Barbell Burpees
