Partner Conditioning 6 Rounds For Time: • 10 Handstand Push-ups (Scaled: Push Press #95/65) • 10 Toes to Bar • 10 Front Squats (#135/95)

* Alternate each exercise.

After the 6 rounds, immediately perform 6 Turf Lengths of Heavy Sled Pushes.
