MONDAY Strength 3-Position Snatch [Video] Every 90 seconds for 5 sets complete a 3 position Snatch (Hi-Hang, Low Hang, Floor). If these positions are difficult or new to you, don’t challenge the weight. Learn the proper positioning.

Conditioning 4 Rounds For Time: • 21 Box Jumps (24"/20") • 18 Wallball (#20/14) • 15 Kettlebell Swings (#55/35) • 12 Burpees

Optional Midline Work 4 Supersets of • 15 Weighted Bridges • 15 Weighted Sit-ups
