TUESDAY Strength Split Jerk [YouTube] Take 15 minutes to find a heavy 1rep Split Jerk. * Heavy doesn’t mean 1 rep max. Go as heavy as you can go while keeping proper technique.

Conditioning AMRAP in 12 Minutes: • 10 Push Jerks (#115/75 Rx: #135/95 Rx+) • 10 Toes to Bar • 30 Double Unders
