Saturday's send-off workout to Coach Lauren!

Saturday Join us for Coach Lauren's final workout at Amplify! Come to say thank you and let her know how much we'll miss her smile and positivity!

Lauren has been with us for two awesome years, and we will hit Saturday's workout (with some of her favorite movements) as a thank you for all she's done for Amplify.
