WEDNESDAY Strength Back Squat [YouTube] Complete 5 Sets of 5 Reps Tempo Back Squat. Start at 50% of 1repmax and attempt to increase weight each set. Tempo: 3-2-1-1

Conditioning 4 Rounds Of: • 5 Power Snatch (#95/65) • 8 Overhead Squats (#95/65) • 11 Box Jumps (24"/20"; must be a 2 foot jump)
