THURSDAY Strength Work EMOM for 10 Minutes: Partner Sled Push (light and FAST) One partner pushes 1 turf length at the top of each minute, switching partners throughout.

Conditioning Partner "Nate" AMRAP in 20 Minutes: • 2 Strict Pull-ups (2 Muscle-ups Rx+) • 4 Handstand Push-ups, Strict or Kipping (Beginners: sub Seated DB Press) • 8 Kettlebell Swings (#70/55)
