In honor of Kristin's hard work, this Friday's workout with be "Randy," which happens to be the first workout Kristin will have to complete in Minneapolis!

THURSDAY Strength Work Partner Sled Pushes 30 Seconds On/Off for 8 Minutes. Partners switch every minute. (4 sprints each.) Go light on the sleds to treat them as sprints.

Partner Sled Drags 30 Seconds On/Off for 8 Minutes. Partners switch every minute. (4 drags each.) Go heavier than the Sled Pushes.
