FRIDAY Strength 8 sets of 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat Keep this light and work on technique. Rest as needed.
Conditioning 3 Rounds for Max Reps of Each Movement: • 1 Minute of Power Snatch (#95/65 Rx; #135/95 Rx+) • 1 Minute of Lateral Over the Bar Burpees • 1 Minute of Overhead Squat • 1 Minute of Pull-ups • 1 Minute of Rest
Snatch Tips Note: This is the second pull. First pull starts from the ground.
