TUESDAY Skill Work Kipping Pull-ups [YouTube] Practice technique, then complete 3 sets of unbroken attempts. Score the total pull-ups from the 3 sets. Rest as needed.
Strength AMRAP in 8 Minutes: • 2 Power Snatch (#95/65) • 25 Double Unders
* Snatch reps increase by 2 each round.
Then AMRAP in 2 minutes: AbMat Sit-ups
