Clean & Jerks and a nice AMRAP to start the week!

MONDAY Strength Clean & Jerk [wmv][mov] Every 90 seconds for 6 sets complete 3 Clean & Jerks. Start at 80% and build to a heavy set.

Conditioning AMRAP in 15 Minutes: • 6 Shuttle Sprints (6 widths of turf) • 12 Box Jump Overs (24"/20") • 6 Push Jerks (#135/95) • Rest 1 Minute
