Snatch Work and some OHS/Burpee Conditioning for Midweek!

WEDNESDAY Strength Snatch [wmv][mov]; Hang Snatch [wmv][mov] Take 15-20 minutes to work on Snatch technique. Work on 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch. Drop and reset between the Hang Snatch and the Snatch from the floor.
