WEDNESDAY Strength Back Squat [mpg] 5 reps @70% of 1repmax 4 reps @75% 3 reps @80% 2 reps @85% 1 rep @90%

Rest as needed in between sets.

Conditioning For Total Time: 21-15-9 Reps Of: • Overhead Squat (#115/75) • Toes to Bar

Then immediately Run 600 meters
