SATURDAY Partner Workout AMRAP in 30 Minutes: • Run 600 meters together • 2 Rope Climbs (1 each) • 1 Heavy Sled Push with 4/2 plates (1 person does Burpees while the other is pushing the sled) • 4 Tire Flips (alternating partners) • 20 Push Press at #95/65 (split reps 10 & 10)
