Saturday Partner WOD-- Be Ready!

SATURDAY Partner WOD AMRAP in 20 Minutes: • Run 400 meters • 40 Dumbbell Snatch • 40 Dumbbell Goblet Squats • 4 Turf Lengths, Buddy Carry

* Complete each Run together. Split the other reps as needed. Every 3 minutes perform 5 Burpees each.
