WEDNESDAY Strength Back Squat [mpg] Take 10 minutes to find a heavy 1rep Back Squat. (Heavy but no higher than 90% unless you're feeling great.) Then complete 4 sets of 3 reps @ 70-80%.
Conditioning AMRAP in 12 Minutes Of: • 4 Handstand Pushups • 8 Kettlebell Swings (#70/55) • 12 V-ups
* Beginners: Substitute 1 Wall Climb for all 4 Handstand Push-ups each round.
