Friday skill and conditioning before our big B4B fundraiser on Saturday!

Announcements: TOMORROW!!!  CrossFit Amplify and CrossFit Carbon will co-host Barbell For Boobs on October 19. Amplify heat registration is almost full.  Check the heat status HERE!

Normal Saturday classes are cancelled to participate in B4B. Sunday class has also been cancelled this week.
