Strength:

5 sets:

Power Clean [wmv][mov], Push Press [wmv][mov], Back Squat [wmv][mov], Push Press

Perform all 4 movements before putting the bar down.  Increase weight each set.

WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

• 5 Handstand Push-ups

• 10 Pull-ups

• 15 Squats
