Kipping Pull-ups 2x max reps

Beginners: perform strict with bands, work on kip.

Experienced: Chest to Bar pull-ups.

WOD:

10 rounds of:

• 7 Thrusters [wmv][mov], #95/65

• 7 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls [wmv][mov],  #95/65
