Squat Snatch
Take 12 minutes to establish a challenging Squat Snatch

Metcon (4 Rounds for Time)
With a running clock, every 4 minutes complete the following for 16 minutes
12 Push Jerks (115/85, Rx+12 HSPU)
16/14 Bike Cals
12 Double KB Deadlifts (70/55)
16/14 Ski Cals
Time remaining within the 4 minutes is rest.
