• 10 Heavy Power Cleans
• 10 Floor Press (Scaled: 20 Push-ups)
• 10 Toes to Bar (Sub = 30 Sit-ups)
• 100 Fast Feet Touches (Sub = Row or Bike)
* Every 20 Fast Feet, perform 5 Air Squats.

2-3 Rounds Of:
