Strength
Can you do a barbell complex? Work up to 5-6 sets.
1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 3 Back Squats + 1 Push Jerk.

Conditioning
For Time:
60 Thrusters
For every drop, complete 15 Double Unders. If you reach 15 unbroken, perform 30 DUs then move into next round.

Optional Cash Out: Row/Bike/Ski 60 Calories

Additional Core Work
40-50 Reps of Rolling Knee Tucks
