Strength
Can you Squat? Put together a strength session.
Get as heavy as you can for multiple sets of 3-5 reps.
Conditioning
10 Rounds Of:
• 8 Deadlifts (Single Leg if possible)
• 8 Goblet Squats
• 8 Single Arm Press
• 8 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings
Switch arms/legs each round. (IE: first round = right arm, second round = left.)
