COVID-19 UPDATE - CLOSED
As owners, we have been constantly reassessing the COVID-19 situation and our status on whether or not to remain open. We have made the difficult decision to CLOSE.

As of this time, and until further notice, we will reassess the situation on MARCH 30. Until then, all classes are cancelled.

A)
Let’s get warmed up…

(walk out to a plank, walk back in to a standing position)

B)
Let’s get those butts/quads strong…
Front Squats 
5 sets of 10
Go find something weighted. If you have a dumbbell or kettlebell go with a goblet style squat. If you have a barbell well you’re all set. Home goods? A book bag loaded, bearhug your kid, bag up all your frozen goods. Basically find something weighted.

C)
More butt stuff…
Deadlifts
3 sets of 10
If you have a barbell you’re good! If you have DB’s or KB’s you’re good as well.  
Home goods; couch, something heavy set off the floor at home. Maybe a car? Basically find something to lift off the floor by loading your hamstrings!

D)
AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
5 Thrusters
10 Sit-ups
15 Ball Slams
