Focus on technique & keep it light across all sets.  
Don’t exceed #155/105.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 12 Minutes:
• Box Push, 2 Down & Back Turf Widths (3/2 Plates)
• 10 Heavy Wall Ball Shots (#30/20)
• 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (3 Ring Muscle-ups for Rx+)
