Every 90 seconds for 8 sets complete 2 Squat Snatches.
Focus on technique & keep it light across all sets.  
Don’t exceed #155/105.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 12 Minutes:
• 25 Double Unders
• 10 Alternating DB Snatches (#50/35)
• 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (Ring Muscle-ups for Rx+)
• Rest 1 Minute
