Partner Workout
AMRAP in 15 Minutes:
• 7 Toes to Bar
• 7 Hand Release Push-ups
• 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (#95/65)
• Sled Push, Turf Width Down & Back

* Partners will compete 1 round at a time then switch.

At 15 Minutes:
AMRAP in 5 Minutes: Max Calorie Airydne (or Row or Ski)
Partners switch as needed.
