Conditioning
AMRAP in 16 Minutes:
• 10 Right Arm DB Snatch (#50/35)
• 30ft Right Arm OH Walking Lunge
• 10 Left Arm DB Snatch
• 30ft Left Arm OH Walking Lunge
• 15 Pull-ups
• 15 Burpee to Target (2 hand touch to Pull-up bar)
