Part 1
Continuous Run
Beginners: Up to 10 minutes (No more than 1.5 miles)
Experienced: 20 minutes (No more than 2.5 miles)

Part 2
5 Rounds For Quality:
• Run 50 meters
• 10 Burpees
• Rest 1 Minute
