Complete 5 sets 10 (5R/5L) Bulgarian Split Squats.
Use a barbell and choose your own weight.

Strict Pull-ups [Video]
Complete 5 Sets of 10 Strict Pull-ups.
Rest as needed between sets.

Conditioning
AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
• 120ft Shuttle Sprint (30ft x 4)
• 10 Air Squats
• 5 Burpees

Rest 5 Minutes

AMRAP in 7 Minutes:
• 5 Kettlebell Swings (#70/55)
• 25 Double Unders
• 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30"/24")
