Complete 5 Sets of 5 Front Squats.
Build as you go as long as you can keep those elbows up, maintain a relative vertical torso, and drive through your heels.

Conditioning
For Time:
50 Hang Dumbbell Clean & Jerks (#50/35)
(Switch arms every 5 reps) 
50 Airdyne Calories
* Every minute perform 5 Burpees.
