• 7 Toes to Bar
• 7 Hand Release Push-ups
• 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (#95/65)
• Sled Push, Turf Width Down & Back
* Partners will compete 1 round at a time then switch.
At 15 Minutes:
AMRAP in 5 Minutes: Turf Length Running.
Partners switch after every down & back.
