WEDNESDAY Strength Back Squat [Video] Complete 5 Sets of 5 Back Squats @65% across all sets.

Conditioning Within 15 Minutes:

100 Sit-ups

Then AMRAP: • 20 Box Jumps (24"/20") • 15 Wall Ball Shots (#20/14) • 10 Push Press (#95/65)
