MONDAY Strength Back Squat [Video] Complete 5 sets of 5 Back Squats. Increase #5-10 from our previous week's weight.

Conditioning 5 Rounds Of: 3 Minutes to Complete: • 10 Thrusters (#95/65) • 15 Push-ups • 20 Wall Ball Shots (#20/14) • AMRAP Double Unders

* Rest 1 minute in between rounds.
