SATURDAY Partner Conditioning AMRAP in 30 Minutes: • 30 Double Unders • 15 Pull-ups • 15 Push-ups • 2 Turf Length Sprints

* Partners finish a full round before switching.

Immediately following the AMRAP: Take 5 minutes to establish a heavy 1rep Deadlift between partners.
