SUNDAY Partner Workout AMRAP in 12 Minutes: • 6 Down/Back Sled Pushes, Turf Width • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (#55/35 Rx; #70/55 Rx+) • 30 Sit-ups • 40 Air Squats
Rest 3 Minutes
Then 30 Power Clean & Jerks (#135/95 Rx; #155/105 Rx+). At every partner switch, each athlete must perform 5 Burpees.
* Partners can split reps any way they choose.
