Saturday's send-off workout to Coach Michaela!

Saturday Join us for Coach Michaela's final workout at Amplify! Come to say farewell, thank you, and to wish her luck with her big move.

Michaela has been with us for three great years, and we will hit Saturday's workout (with some of her favorite movements) as a thank you for all she's done for Amplify in her time with us. She will be sorely missed.

Sad to see her go, but we know she's on to great things. Join us in wishing her the best in everything she'll do!

SATURDAY Team Workout, in Groups of 2 or 3: AMRAP in 20 Minutes: • Run 200 meters • 30 Hang Squat Cleans (#135/95 Rx; #155/105 Rx+) • 30 Pull-ups (15 Muscle-ups Rx+) • 30 Handstand Push-ups

* Run together, split the remainder of the reps any way you choose.
