SATURDAY Partner Conditioning AMRAP in 25 Minutes: • 20 Thrusters (#95/65 Rx; #135/95 Rx+) • 30 Alternating MedBall Sit-ups (#20/14) • 40 Push-ups • 6 Rope Climbs • Run 200 meters

Beginners will sub rope rows or ring rows as needed. Partners can split reps as they choose, but only one person can be working at a time. Run together.
