Tuesday Cleans and a Running WOD!

Amplify 5 Year Anniversary Party Join us this Saturday, April 18 for a 10am big group workout, and then at 7:30pm the same night at Mullen's to celebrate Amplify turning FIVE!


TUESDAY Strength 5 Sets of 1 Clean Pull + 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean Start light and increase over the 5 sets. Rest as needed.

Conditioning With a 21 Minute Time Cap, 3 Rounds For Time: • Run 800 meters • 21 Power Cleans (#135/95 Rx; #155/105 Rx+)

* To stay under the cap consider scaling the run as well as the weight.
