Rx For as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00 2 Rounds Of: • 10 Overhead Squats (#95/65) • 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00 2 Rounds Of: • 12 Overhead Squats (#95/65) • 12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00 2 Rounds Of: • 14 Overhead Squats (#95/65) • 14 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
* Follow the same pattern each 3 minute increment until the 2 rounds can no longer be completed.
Scaled Reps begin at 6's and move up by 2 each round. Same time frame. • Overhead Squat (#65/45) • Chin over Bar Pull-ups
